Non-Discrimination Notice

Effective date: April 13, 2026

Every family that comes to Achieving Stars Therapy deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We welcome children and families from all backgrounds, and we do not discriminate in the services we provide or the way we interact with you.

Achieving Stars Therapy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in any of our programs, activities, or services. This notice is provided in compliance with Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (45 CFR Part 92).

1. Our Non-Discrimination Commitment

We provide ABA therapy services to all eligible children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. This applies to every part of the service experience, including intake, scheduling, therapy delivery, billing, and communications with our team.

We also do not discriminate in how we hire, train, or supervise our staff. We expect every BCBA and RBT on our team to uphold this commitment in every family interaction.

No one will be denied services, given lesser quality of care, or treated differently because of who they are or where they come from.

2. Language Access Services

If you or someone in your family has difficulty communicating in English, free language assistance is available. You should never have to bring your own interpreter to a meeting or session, and you should never have to rely on a child to interpret for you.

We can arrange interpretation services for many languages. To request an interpreter or translated documents, call us at (833) 666-3115 or email info@achievingstarstherapy.com. Please let us know your preferred language and we will make arrangements before your appointment.
